The special project for teaching “Resurgences: exploring the ecologies of abandonment ” has started. The project aims to introduce students to the diachronic study of the abandoned landscapes of the mountain area of Versilia, exploring the places of “resurgence”: the multi-species responses to the abandonment of pastures, forests, cultivated areas and quarries.
